The practice nurse may not always be available for blood tests due to demands of the chronic disease clinics – you may be required to attend Cornerstones clinic for blood tests.
You will require the appropriate blood form from the surgery and completed by the GP before you to go Cornerstones.
We also have an Assistant Practitioner who is trained to take blood samples, and you may be offered an appointment to see her.
