The practice provides provision for vaccination to protect against influenza and pneumonia. All patients over the age of 65 are eligible.
Patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes asthma COPD stroke, Heart Disease and patients with lowered immune system may attend for vaccination.
The clinics generally start at the beginning of October – please look out for notification of these clinics. Visits can be arranged for housebound patients.
Pneumonia vaccination is available all year round – if you think you have not been vaccinated, please book an appointment with the nurse.
